"Comfortable beds we had family monkey room overlooking the safari park which was great fridge in room also a treasure hunt for kids lovely size room seperate tv for kids, being able to walk round the safari after park closed is great definitely recommend staying ;-)"
"Lovely hotel and pub. Room was impressive, nice and large, and spotlessly clean Super king bed was unexpected. Rarely seen in many hotels so this was a definite delight.
Only downside to the pub as a guest was we were unable to get a nightcap on our return at 11pm. Breakfast very nicely set out. Ingredients fresh and flavoursome. If returning to the are, will definitely stay again. "
"I had clean bedding/ towel and somewhere to park. The housekeeper who greeted me was friendly and couteous. So far so good. However, the rooms are in a converted pub (but the pub isn't open) and to call it a 'hotel', I think, is stretching the definition. I would say it's more like an HMO/hostel. There was unfinished laminate flooring in the corridors which was noisy when people were walking past, the kettle had to be put on the floor to reach the plug socket and the shower tray was damaged and...

Tge reason for this is because for Value for money considering its London its really good especially with parking slots and the train station just down the road like a 3 minute walk. "In 2025 not having reliable WiFi- whether the free or the “premium” (capped at 8mbps if it decides to allow you to connect after you pay) is unconscionable. Someone needs to tell them it’s not the year 2000 anymore. Many other options at their price point. Avoid. "
"Our stay was good. We werer late (10.30pm) Check-in was quick & easy. Room very good. Room facilities e,g, Coffee remote tv plug in for recharging phones clean Shower need a boost (no pressure). All in all a GOOD EXPERIENCE normally use Premier but would DEFFINITELY us OYO again.
