"Room was clean though very small. Early check in was available and concierge to hold bags on check out. Breakfast was good, amenities including gym and pool were nice and clean. Only gripe - check in wanted photo ID and this was not mentioned in prior emails etc so I had none, but of a faff but worked around it in the end "

Our only peeve was that we weren't allowed to tip the staff. I dont understand why we couldn't when we felt they did a good job. "everything was so nice! i felt so safe and cozy as a solo traveler here. i wish there were fridges but did just fine without one! they had little snacks in a vending machine, tea/hot drinks 24/7, and a lovely staff. location was super convenient and i felt right at home! i will be staying here next time i’m in town. thank you all!"

"The hotel was nice. What made it memorable was the staff. Specifically, Tanvi, Janice, Lanita and Dhanvi. The entire front desk staff went out of their way to make sure we were cared for and welcomed- every day. We stayed in this hotel for a week, and everyone we encountered was helpful, kind, knowledgable and pleasant. 5 Star Staff!! Thank you for your gracious hospitality!! "
