"Clean room, great location and view"

"Excellent staff, great location, quiet room (though next to lift) and perfect amenities! Started w/2nites and extended to 4. They even offered to keep one of my bags so I’d be more likely to rebook on my return to London i n 5 days. I tried! Not available because of occupancy and the marathon : ) Please thank them! My new go to hotel ( my husband has worked for four seasons internationally and park Hyatt brand still. ) I know good hotels and people Thanks "

"Beautiful hotel in one of the best neighbourhoods in London. The Other House is my new home base in London - already looking forward to my next stay. Gorgeously appointed room with fastidious housekeeping, and a very warm check-in experience at reception. Bang for buck, one of the best hotels in the city."

"We were upgraded to Sloane Club which was excellent in every area including fantastic staff. Wonderful rooms and bathrooms. Training needed for waiting staff at Sloane Place at breakfast. Upgraded didn’t include breakfast in the club restaurant, we had to return to the original restaurant for breakfast. That is where it went wrong. The staff didn’t have us on their list. In front of all the people in the small restaurant I had to show our booking, it felt like we weren’t trusted. Everyone in the restaurant heard the staff saying we weren’t on the list but we had been upgraded in strange voices. We waited 28 minutes for staff to come to take our order. People around us were being served but not us. Others arrived at tables and orders taken within 5 minutes. Staff treated them well but not us. It was like we’d done something wrong. At 28 minutes I asked if we could order. Our food and drinks arrived 47 minutes after we had arrived for breakfast. Ours took twice as long as everyone else in the restaurant. We really appreciated being upgraded, however, we felt that our overall experience was diminished because of the breakfast staff. Everyone and everything else was fantastic."
