"Muy bien servicio y atención al cliente, la habitación en excelentes condiciones, muy aseada y con todos los servicios disponibles. Lo único que mejoraría es en relación al parqueo, podrían acondicionar el area interna para poder ofrecer algunos espacios de parqueo para quienes vengan en su propio automóvil. "

"Family that runs it is fantastic! Rooms are clean and comfortable with a view worth it alone! Quiet and the landscaping is beautiful! The restaurant is a must, I run a beef ranch and the ribeye was definitely one of the top 3 I’ve ever eaten! Will recommend and will be staying here again!"

"We flew in to San Jose around 12pm. We headed out of town towards La Fortuna. I thought this would get us out of the city and close to our first day of activities. The area was quiet. The room was very clean. We speak very little Spanish and the staff spoke very little English. However we were able to communicate to get what we needed. The hotel is one block from the Main Street. We found the supermarket with ease. The breakfast was wonderful. Fresh fruit with a large breakfast of beans...

"Awesome and convenient"

"Mario was a great bird guide, but the tour was only on the property. It would be nice to have night tours and birding trips off the property. The internet service could have been better. The food was good, and the staff was helpful."

"Clean room and good free breakfast each morning, always with fruits and a choice of 4 Costa Rican breakfasts. Great location (close to many restaurants) and lovely view of the volcanoe from the upstairs balcony. Darts and games and a lounge area were appreciated. Very friendly staff. The fridge was noisy in the room overnight. "

"Lovely quiet area to stay. We speak very little Spanish, they were so willing and patient with communication. The porch area was lovely. We enjoyed rocking and having an evening drink. There is a small store about a mile away. We went to bed early and were so surprised that 4 other couples were there for breakfast. Breakfast was a “typical” and very good. "

"Staff was super nice. The hotel is a walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, the center of town is just 10 minutes walk. My room was cleaned every day. The place is very beautiful. I don't like that there was not WiFi in the rooms. And the breakfast was the same everyday. Beside that everything was good."

"This is hands down a 5 star hotel. The hotel is on an amazing property with an amazing view from the rooms. The rooms have a heated hot tub on the patio and the vibe is very nice. The pools are heated, so you can enjoy at any time. The food at the restaurant was solid , and the staff makes up for the rest since everyone is very nice.
