"Wonderful family run hotel in a great location right in the heart of Sintra. Peaceful and relaxing, the owners go above and beyond to make your stay the best possible. There is no parking onsite but it is available about 200 metres away or a 2 minute walk. The hotel property is not for people with mobility issues as there are 30 steps to go up to the hotel entrance. We loved this hotel and staff and would highly recommend."

"The property was in excellent condition, the room was comfortable and well furnished, and the breakfast was good. The location is close to restaurants and about a 10 minute walk from the train station. We are hikers, so it was a great spot for starting off on hikes to the castle, Peña Palace, etc. Staff was very helpful in the morning when they were present."

"Beautiful hotel! The grounds were damaged some from the recent storms but it was still a beautiful property. We loved the peacocks roaming around and the breakfast was wonderful! We would love to stay here again one day!"

"Had a wonderful stay here. We requested an early check in and they accommodated us. Everything was perfect in the room — mattress was comfortable, heat/AC/hot water worked fine, coffee, tea, plates, and cups all provided. The location is an easy 15-20 min walk to downtown Sintra/National Palace, or a Bolt/Uber can get there in less than 5 euros. It was also within one block from a mini market which was super convenient to get water, snacks, and picnic lunch. "

"This is a very nice boutique type property in a great location in Sintra. Close to the train station. Easy walk up to the old town. The hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are a decent size. Ours had a small kitchenette with a microwave and small fridge. Comfortable bed with wonderful bedding. There is a complimentary breakfast included. It is nicely set up and served. However, we found that some of the items (eggs/sausages/bacon) were warm at best and that was unfortunate. Hopefully they can get this issue addressed as it did detract from an otherwise wonderful breakfast offering. "
