Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Parking in Sintra is difficult but there was a paid lot close by. The hotel is located in a good central location, right by a bus stop to get to most major parks/palaces.

Excellent stay. Great location for seeing the sites. Person at front desk during afternoon/evening shift was over the top helpful in planning for the day site seeing as well as gave us excellent restaurant recommendations for the evening. Can not say enough good things about her.
