"Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good...

"The hotel was centrally located next to the beach, restaurants, stores & nightlife a short taxi ride...The staff was very nice & helpful in setting up my tours & the breakfast that was included was excellent...I would definitely stay there again...The hotel had all the amenities you need, good restaurant & bar on site & very clean well kept motel."

"Enjoyable and relaxing stay in Casablanca. The hotel is situated about 10 mins in the tram from the main train station. It’s about a 40 minute walk to the Hassan ll mosque and the corniche. Taxis are relatively cheap. The room allocated was spacious, clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee, chocolate and water were all provided as well as a fridge. All of the staff I encountered were all friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good with hot and cold options available. I was the gym each day and that was small but reasonably well equipped. I wasn’t sure whether there was air con in the room but free water and towels were provided. I wasn’t sure whether disappointed with the rooftop pool. I was looking forward to relaxing by the pool only to discover there was only enough space for 2 sun loungers!. Not surprisingly these were often in use. If you are looking forward a city centre hotel with a relaxing pool to relax by then this isn’t the hotel. Overall an enjoyable, relaxing stay with the exception of my observation re pool side relaxation."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The entire staff was exceptional. The facility is immaculately clean and conveniently located near shops and train stations. I regret not being able to recall the names of every staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, as they were all remarkable. I extend my sincere gratitude to Manal for meticulously cleaning our room. We intend to return and highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. "
