"The lady who communicated was nice enough that she she refunded us for the nights we decided not to stay there. First night in we had to go shopping for toilet paper and there were only two towels given and no shampoo or shower gel or even a hand gel in bathroom (was one in the kitchen and a dishwashing liquid). You have to take garbage out yourself. No kitchen tissues or cleaning materials. Bleach was empty bottle of water. The view is appalling. There is construction work on the street a bf from the balcony. The road is muddy and taxis don't take a turn there and you have to walk to the main road. The property was relatively clean but the shower pressure was the unbelievablely bad. The shower overflows too. I am thankful that she listened and refunded because we were very unhappy and our holiday would have been ruined if we continued to stay there. The two nights we stayed we had to buy everything from laundry detergent to toilet paper. She did say she will send some but obviously things like this can't wait. "
