Beautiful hotel in the heart of Casablanca, the room was simply amazing with all the required amenities and more (the bathroom was the definition of luxury) and the staff extremely professional, helpful and efficient. We had dinner in the French restaurant on the ground floor and it was delicious!
Awesome experience with people always trying to make your stay even more incredible. All is personalised (room, welcome, personal assistant,...) and rooms are very safe and comfortable!
The absolute very best time and experience. The hotel is truly 10 stars. Siad and Mouman were the sweetest and the rest of the staff beyond fabulous!!!
Upscale but little uptight hotel in the middle of nothing exciting for a new visitor. The hotel is beautiful with amazing decoration and cleanness. No swimming pool. No playroom for family. No roof top except the Moroccan restaurant. No other place to view the beautiful Casablanca. I asked the guard who does not understand English to go to the restaurant to see the view around 10am. With stunned facial expression like a prison guard, he stopped me .
The room was amazing. Spacious, high end decorations. It make you feel like an important person. Good for business trip. Copier and pepper shredder is in the desk. My rate is 10 stars for the room. Bedding was superb.
The front desk does currency exchange. They claim that the end rate is ‘the same’. I am not so sure whether this is correct.
Breakfast was excellent.
Concierge was ok only. Eager to get tips more than showing sincere guide.
**Review: Royal Mansour Casablanca Hotel**
As a seasoned traveler, I can confidently say that the Royal Mansour Casablanca Hotel is the pinnacle of luxury accommodation in Morocco. The moment you step into the hotel, you're greeted with an ambiance of elegance and sophistication that sets it apart from any other establishment in the country.
The culinary offerings at Royal Mansour are unparalleled. The variety and quality of food are exceptional, making it the best dining experience you can find in a Moroccan hotel. The only contender that comes close is La Mamounia in Marrakech. Every meal here is a gourmet delight, prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail.
While the hotel is exceptional, a couple of minor glitches are worth mentioning. Some amenities in the bathroom, like ear cleaners, were missing. Also Housekeeping, in particular, is an area that hasn't yet been perfected .This might not be a major issue, but it's something some guests might need. Additionally, a few surfaces in the room could have been cleaner. However, these are minor details in an otherwise flawless experience.
Royal Mansour Casablanca is the superior hotel that Morocco, particularly Casablanca, needed. It sets a new standard for luxury and hospitality in the region, making it a must-visit for any discerning traveler.
one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. Dripping in luxury. the staff couldn't have been better and the food was great. The hammam experience was special, Don't miss it. We cant wait to come back

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
5 Star service to the maximum. Accommodations were over the top with amenities and service. Each staff member addressed me by name after the 1st day. Warm and welcoming in every respect.
One of if not the best city hotel I have ever been to. Everything has been thought of in the most amazing way and the attention to detail is second to none. Well done!
I would never recommend this place ever because if you’re a couple that is not married they won’t let your girlfriend stay in the same room according to their law. which was very embarrassing and should have been stated on the website. Hell, I don’t think they can stay in the same hotel.
Disappointing Experience — Room Smelled of Smoke in a “Smoke-Free” Hotel
I booked Royal Mansour Casablanca specifically because it was advertised as a smoke-free hotel. Unfortunately, the room I was given smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment I entered. The odor was embedded in the carpet and curtains — clearly not from just a brief incident.
When I mentioned it , the staff were polite but offered to spray air freshener .
For a property that claims to uphold luxury standards and a no-smoking policy, this was deeply disappointing.
It completely ruined the atmosphere I expected from a five-star hotel.
If you are sensitive to smoke or expect a genuinely smoke-free environment, be cautious when booking here. The hotel needs to take its non-smoking policy seriously and ensure proper room inspection before accommodating guests.
