Everything about the hotel was excellent. The lobby, the rooms, the toiletries provided, and restaurant-all were very nice. Only negative was the location. It is not near anything, so a cab ride is required for just about everywhere.
Beautiful property. Very large rooms! Excellent service.
Good location. Walked to the market in one direction and local shopping in another. Enjoyed a quaint Asian fusion restaurant that was within walking distance.
Nice breakfast offerings.
Only reason it didn’t get a full 5 stars is because it’s a little ways from most of the sights and restaurants in the city. Other than that it was a great stay and the staff at the hotel is exceptional.
Big rooms but dirty carpets and AC not functioning well. It made the room very humid. Breakfast is very good but expensive. The best part is the friendly staff always willing to help.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The hotel was generally good. The hotel generally felt very old and dated but the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily and well maintained.
The location was good also. Very close to the train station and most local sightseeing and shopping destinations.
The breakfast was definitely a major plus point and the staff were brilliant. Good variety of different food and an impressive amount of selection.

First floor, reception area is clean and beautiful,
can't say the same about the room, outdated and smelly.
Service was great.
Excellent customer service, big size rooms and very good food at the restaurant.
The fitness center is fully equipped and have a very helpful full time trainer
The highly professional staff whom provided wonderful hospitality. The dinning buffet is pricy but worth the experience. My room was spacious, luxurious, comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The Breakfast and Dinner buffet team (Mouna and others) made me feel like royalty each day. I cannot express enough how welcome I was way made to feel, from the front desk agents, to Saad/Hamid the concierge, and the dinning room team. This Hilton property has become my first choice in Casablanca.
Amazing customer service, delicious food, and a large beautiful room with a great view of the city. Wish I could have stayed longer. Looking forward to next time.
Grand Mogador City Center in Casablanca was a delightful surprise during my short stay. The hotel's elegant ambiance, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities made for a truly memorable experience. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered stunning views of the city. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The central location made it convenient to explore the city's attractions. Overall, Grand Mogador City Center exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Casablanca.
The Hotel is actually good, but the service was not that great. Beside that my room wasn't really ready at the beginning, such as missing towels, a empty mini bar and leftover from the guest before. The receptionist where friendly and always helpful. The only negative point is that the breakfast with 26euro is to expensive. I mean to be honest, its Morocco and not New york. If its would be 16euro, would be acceptable.
Everything is an extra charge. The room has not had the carpets cleaned in many years. On the website they claim bars and restraunts. This is a "dry" hotel. We looked at the dinner buffet. I wouldn't feed that to a starving dog. We ordered from menu. My sauted mushroom burger with au ju had no mushrooms no au ju. Was smothered in BBQ sauce. My husbands chicken club had no chicken. At $45. This place is horrible. Check in is at 3pm. Our room wasn't ready until 4pm. The location is not convenient to anything without hiring a driver. We were advised by desk staff that going to restraunts/bars walking distance was not safe for us. I cannot believe this is a Hilton. If you come to Casablanca be very mindful of the area you choose.
