"I rarely review hotel stays but I was so disappointed with this hotel particularly after all the positive reviews. We booked a suite and discovered it was infested with hundreds of ants that were attracted to an open sugar cube in the inside of the coffee tray. "Lhoucine at reception was the best, so kind and helpful. So was everyone else! They helped accommodate all of my requests and made me feel so safe and welcomed! The room was spacious and clean. I would recommend booking here if you travel to Casablanca!!"

"I enjoyed the location of the hotel, the staff was kind and warm, and was overall a comfortable place. I’d like to come back here again."

"It has been mentioned that the appartment is with laundry room but the is no laundry room or washing machine and our suit was in 2 floors, the bedroom, kitchen and the bathroom were located on the 2nd floor. The apartment was clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff."
