"The best things about the apartments are firstly, the incredible service from Andrea and her team. They could not be more helpful and friendly- they really make your stay special. Secondly, the location is absolutely perfect. Having never been to Venice before, we really lucked out booking this place. Being so close to Rialto bridge so you can access other parts of Venice, with a Vaporetta stop on your doorstep, and yet it felt quiet and peaceful as well. The apartment was very well equipped....

"Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen und mit dem Wassertaxi über die Station "San Toma" super zu erreichen. Der Checkin (inkl. Tourismusababe) ist schon im Vorfeld online möglich, so dass man sofort die Zimmerkarte bei Ankunft erhält. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett, das Frühstück ist super und hat alles, was man braucht. Der Kaffee (von Espresso bis Latte Macchiato) wird frisch zubereitet und ist dementsprechend sehr gut. Das gebuchte Superior-Doppelzimmer war ausreichend groß mit 2 Fenstern...

"The location was great! Right by the Rialto bridge. Right next to water taxi and water bus stops. Room felt brand new. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Air conditioning worked great. I would definitely stay there again!"

We were centrally located and literally minutes to all the attractions but just far enough away to avoid the noise. No need for a water transit pass. We would have given five stars, but the number of steps to ascend to our room was just a little more than we wanted. The owner/staff were wonderful, and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others."

The room was airy and spotlessly clean, with two tall windows onto the street. The hotel is near to restaurants and shops, but really quiet at night. It’s also within easy walk of all the sights, museums and churches. I would recommend a stay, and would definitely return to Venice and this hotel."
