"Room was clean, spacious, well-appointed though a bit overcrowded with furniture. Balcony was an added bonus and enjoyable. The fruit basket upon arrival was a great touch. Hotel is in a great location with much to see/do steps from the entrance. We enjoyed our stay and would chose it again."

"The lobby looks shabby but once you pass it and get to the room and nice bathroom, you'll feel way better. My bedroom did not have a good view but didn't miss it. The hotel is excellently located, near bus stops, steps from Plaza Espana, Palacio Real, near Deboh Temple, Gran Via...really liked the location!"

"In general the experience was above and beyond what my family and I expected. The only note I would like to leave is that the rooftop experience was a bit overwhelming in that, being a paying guest I didn't expect to compete with non-guests for prime sitting spaces during sunset with views which we primarily chose hotel for; Space for non smokers would be nice."
