The hotel is a very beautiful hotel, unfortunately I did not have a good experience because it seemed that by booking through Expedia I got the worst room in the hotel. I could be wrong, but that's the impression I got when I went to front desk and did not have a good response from the lady at the front desk. I had booked an interior room, which I don't remember seeing in the description, but not only was it an interior room, the view from the window was the fire stairs, and since it was the first floor, I was like in a hole. The breakfast was great.

Very good hotel

This hotel is beautiful and very well located, near shops, restaurants, etc. The only reason I don’t give it a five star is because you hear the sound of people walking on the ceiling Also, we came from USA with luggage and they don’t help.

Long weekend in Madrid

Very nice and quiet hotel in good neighbourhood. Metro station close by so it's easy to travel around the city. Lots of restaurants and cafes at the area. Great hotel in general!

Light sleepers bring ear plugs

My main complaint is the quality of soundproofing room to room. I could hear the next rooms guests talking. Definitely hear their coughing. I knew when they used the toilet. Other than that it was reasonable value for money. On a quiet square but close to everything.

My stay at Sercotel was good. The hotel is in a very nice area and convenient to the Metro. The bathroom/shower needs to be updated, but was fine. The air conditioner worked perfectly which is important to me! And the breakfast was great -- lots of fresh fruit!

Hotel was clean, beds comfy, location was good but bit hesitate to go out at night with the kids so ate in hotel or got taxi, no issues in the day. Breakfast was ok, kids loved the donuts for breakie. Only issue with the hotel is the lack of soundproofing, I could hear the rooms above and around me having showers etc and we were just unlucky that some of these were in the middle of the night. My kids are sound sleepers so never affected us too much. Big shout out to the barman he went out his way to make my kids and me feel welcome. I would stay here again, thanks

It was a very nice hotel, location and cleanliness where just great. Housekeeping just lovely! Just one of the front desk ladies embarrassed me in front of other costumers. She was not showing discretion at all, she asked him me if the guy I was with was gonna sleep with me, knowing the room reservation was made only for one person, he was my best friend husband who very nicely offered himself to give me a city tour. She made things super awkward. Don’t think they comment was necessary.
