Hôtel impeccable. Très propre, le personnel très sympathique. Les chambres sont grandes avec une belle salle de bain et une grande douche. L’hôtel est très bien situé...nous avons tout fait à pied. Il y a une rue piétonne pour ceux qui veulent faire du shopping et vous êtes à 10mn de la Grande Via. Petit déjeuner continental simple...avec une bonne tortillas 😁. Bref c'était parfait !!

Right in the heart of Madrid. The Bilbao station will send you to the main parts of Madrid like Gran Via and Puerta del Sol. Also connects you to stations that transfers you to other lines if you wanna broaden your horizons. Breakfast is free, staff is super accommodating. All and all, it was a great stay in Madrid!

We didn’t have the best customer service experiences in Spain except for this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The property had a theater theme and the history behind the building. The location is excellent, lots of restaurants nearby. The room was very cute and cozy, comfortable beds and very clean.

Stylish hotel in a fun but noisy neighborhood

Beautiful looking room but lacked some essentials. No coffee machine or even a kettle in the room. No conditioner for shower. Windows were not soundproofed and the street outside was very noisy at night. Neighbourhood was great though, lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
