"Father’s Day weekend was extra special thanks to another amazing stay at Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks! Everything was wonderful once again, from the clean and comfortable room to the delicious breakfast and fun amenities. Special thanks to Alexander, Milton, Viviana, and Daniela for their kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles. They always make us feel like family, and their exceptional service is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. This hotel has truly become a special place for us, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you for making another family getaway so memorable!"

"I traveled with my family (with 2 kids). Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great, near Walmart, CVS, and restaurants and only 5 minutes from the Disney parks, which was awesome. The hotel also offers a shuttle to the Disney parks ( which we didn't use because we drove) but it was a great alternative. Everything was clean. The only thing was one of my bathroom sinks was not working properly, but it was a minor detail in comparison with everything else. Breakfast was ok also and pool was not working. Parking is free and we only paid (they hold) the $100 accidental fee. Overall it was a great stay and will highly recommend. We will definitely stay again in he future."

"Above and beyond customer service. Clean and beautiful! Highly recommend this resort! ⭐️⭐️⭐️The location is perfect — the property is clean, beautiful, and so well-kept. The pool here is gorgeous and was one of our favorite spots. You’re also just a short walk to a shopping center with tons of stores and restaurants, plus even more great dining options really close by. Plenty of parking made everything super easy. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back!utiful! Great location."

"Our family stays on site when we visit the parks in Orlando but to save money we spend the night before offsite. This was a great option, the location was perfect for that purpose. I refuse to pay for parking unless it is truly unavoidable so free parking was a must for me. Once we arrived we didn't leave so I can't speak to how parking was throughout the day but we had no trouble finding a spot when we arrived. The breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular but not the worst breakfast we've had. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. A good night sleep was the goal after traveling so far and this checked that box. If we weren't staying somewhere else during our trip I would have been okay with this location for the week. I don't know how far it is to all the major parks or how traffic is at different times of day, but if you're looking to stay at a decent place while visiting parks this was good. There was a pool and it was open but we didn't swim. It was a standard small hotel/motel swimming pool and looked fine for a swim."
