"The location is super convenient. It’s a very short, easy drive to the Disney World Parks, which is great. The amenities are honestly nice. The property itself is pretty great. The staff were kind and accommodating. This is a cashless resort...credit/debit card only, and it must be in the name of the person who booked the reservation, of course. Be ready to fork over a $25.00 per night (plus tax) resort fee. It is completely non-refundable. This covers your access to things like wifi, parking, the gym, the pool, etc. They also require a $200.00 security deposit upfront; this is in addition to the per day resort fee that's also due up front. My actual stay was from June 9th to June 12th. A quick, three-night vacation. Yet, I won’t see my $200.00 deposit again until July 9th. Yes, you read that correctly. A full calendar month. When asked at check-in, the resort does communicate upfront that it takes "approximately 14 business days" to get your deposit back. My bank indicates the resort released the hold but explicitly slapped a July 9th expiration date on it, meaning my bank won't release the hold on my funds until July 9th. The resort indicates that they released it on June 13th with absolutely no hold expiration date. If you decide to stay here, just pretend your $200.00 deposit is a charitable contribution you are making for a month. If you don't mind your money taking a scenic, four-week detour through the financial twilight zone, you’ll have a great time!"

"We absolutely loved it! The beds were comfortable, rooms were big and a perfect size for a family. Breakfast was delicious! The pool, sauna and amenities were fabulous! Would recommend to anyone to stay there if vacationing to Disney. The sinks in the bathroom were a bit of a challenge for young children and the open shower allowed us to get them in and out smoothly. Will be going back!"

"El desayuno bueno, para los niños hacen pancakes frescos al momento durante el horario del desayuno (buffet) los pancakes son de dos sabores diariamente. Las áreas comunes limpias y los cuartos muy cómodos y espaciosos. La cercanía del hotel a los parques es espectacular con un máximo de 12 min, ideal para parques de Disney. Al lateral del hotel hay un estante con peces que los niños se divierten echándole comida. El servicio del personal muy atentos, un solo día pedí toallas y los días subsiguientes ya me ponian toallas limpias y dejaban una toalla para los pies al salir de la ducha como me gustaba. De volver de vacaciones regreso con toda mi familia al mismo hotel. Recomendados al 100 por ciento."
