Love the whole area and Rooms was amazing and well kept pools areas was clean and fun as only issue was I wish the family pool area had more restrictions on adults drinking and getting drunk jumping off the rock in pool limiting the space kids have to swim and play other then that I give it 6 stars would definitely return and recommend

The staff professionalism and helpfulness were the highlights of this trip. I would like to command the staff member named Bouchra who checked us in. Her customer service was outsdanding. She went out of her way to accommodate us, made us feel like VIP. She made sure she gave us a room on time after we told her we were tired from driving. The rooms were impeccable and the view was fantastic!

Rooms are very spacious, just as the pictures show. Furniture and appliances are in very good condition. Maybe it is time for the dishwasher to be replaced. Plenty of parking space. The main pool perimeter might need a power wash, but overall, it is well maintained.

Our stay overall was very good from the time we checked in, until the time we left. Cory was our attendant when we arrived. He was very nice and went over all details about the property. Made sure we had all our questions answered. The room was very clean. We had the three bedroom with the connecting suite.. We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely book again

This is my go to for my stays in Orlando as of June 2025. Large spacious and comfortable rooms. I love the fact that everyone had their individual rooms within the large apartment. I highly recommend once staying in Orlando

The resort was in a great and safe location. We had the 3 bedroom with one king bed , 2 queens and the 3rd bedroom ended up being a whole other “condo attached to us , so we had 2 livings rooms , kitchens and laundry sets ! We will definitely stay again

The suites are huge, like a home away from home. Very friendly staff, amazing pools. We loved counting the lizards in the screened in porch. We did the tour at the hotel for the timeshare, the gentleman that we had did not push us to get the timeshare, we were upfront with him that right now we can not buy it. He was fine with that. I would stay again at this hotel
