"The property was very nice, but I chose this resort because of the pictures of the beach( which had clear blue water and beach chairs and umbrellas). The beach was closed for the 4 days I was there for the “turtle migration”, the water was not clear blue like the pictures and the beach was actually eroded. If you want to a nice, quiet tennis/ golf resort, this is the place for you. If you want a beach- you’ll have to drive an hour to get to a good beach. The pools were nice, but they tend to...

"We had never Glamped before, but glad we did. The tent by the river was just like all the other reviews mentioned. It was nice, clean, peaceful, and private. It was a little warm at night but with the fan blowing on you it was bareable. During the day the river is nice and cool, and we loved showering outdoors in nature, which the one by the room was cool water and the one along the walkway had hot water. The shared outdoor area was really nice and made coffee that was provided every morning...

"Overall, I had a great stay at the Fairmont. The only downside was that my room had a strange smell, and the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working. Other than that, everything was excellent. The amenities were wonderful, the beach was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"La propiedad y los cuartos no son como los promotional en el website. Baño muy pequeño como para niños. Camas no limpias al 100%. Pisos no limpios. Solo tres ganchos de ropa para 4 personas. Reemplazo de toallas sucias. Cuando fueron a dar servicio de limpienza no lo hicieron completo. Elevador solo para 4 personas. No suficiente espacio. El area de estacionamiento muy limitado y espacios muy pequeños. Espera en porton para entrar a veces un poco larga. Baño no limpio o agradable para estadia....

"Wonderful experience at this hotel. Clean and nicely maintained. The restaurant is amazing. Lovely heated pool which was well maintained. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Loved my stay here."
