"Family friendly, staff very nice and friendly, 3 pools to choose from only one of them was 2 days not clean good/enough. Apartment was very good, nice amazing view, but the couches in the living room were dirty and we cover them with the white bed sheets. We had a lot of towels , even for beach but we supposed to ask to come and change them, if not not sure when was the schedule for that. Elevator not working for more than 5 days and supposed to carry all the luggages and groceries, we stood 10...

"Second time at this property. Premium guest. Staff is very friendly, nice and helpful all the way to Director Sandy Pfeil. There were some minor issues that make the stay good but not excellent, but staff was receptive and helpful to fix them. I will be back in the future."
