"The staff, from the beginning to the end of our trip, were exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure that all of our needs were met. The hotel is situated in one of the most breathtaking locations imaginable and offers outstanding amenities, including a wonderful spa and beautiful pools.
The golf course was impeccably maintained, and the scenery is truly second to none. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. While the prices are certainly on the higher side, the overall experience makes it well worth the cost.
Another great feature is that the hotel is within walking distance of the town of Banff, with several fantastic hiking trails accessible directly from the property. Lastly, I highly recommend Castello, the hotel's Italian restaurant. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the prices were very reasonable considering the exceptional dining experience."
