From the moment you enter the hotel, the elegance and luxury are immediately evident in every detail of the property. The rooms are beautifully designed, exceptionally comfortable, and feel worthy of a world-class luxury hotel experience. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with an impressive selection and high-quality offerings each morning. Most importantly, the service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and consistently professional throughout the stay. Everything from the ambiance to the hospitality felt deserving of a 5- or even 6-star status. Easily one of the finest hotel experiences I’ve had."

"I had one incident where I didn’t like the service of the front desk female staff, but I’m not going to let that one incident affect the rest of the staff there. I was not happy when I stepped out of my uber because I was expecting a lot more upscale place from the pictures, so I was a little disappointed…BUT that was mainly because of the on-going renovation they had. Once I got up to my room, I was pleasantly happy with my decision to stay at The Bay. Room was spacious and had a modern decor. Air Conditioning was freezing which was a blessing with the hot Saigon heat. The staff all of them, from the front desk, to the Chic restaurant staff, to the cleaning crew were ALL very helpful and always smiled and greeted you. Several of them really went out of their way to help me with some things. The cleaning lady greeted me every day and always wanted to make sure if I wanted my room cleaned that day (I typically don’t like Saily cleaning) but she always made sure I had everythjng I needed. The location was very convenient, I walked around quite a bit and taking an uber to the tourist places like Cho Ben Thanh is usually 40k each way so Thats very cheap. I will definitely stay here again the next time in back in Saigon. Room #613 Ohhhh….i accidentally booked one too many days on my stay, and when I booked it I knew it was no -refundable…but their reservation team was more than willing to work with hotels.com to allow me to cancel and get a full refund on Thats extra day! Nice!!!"

Every member of staff I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome and cared for. A special mention goes to Cōng at the front lobby, who set the tone from the very beginning. Professional, gracious, and incredibly helpful, Cōng went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. That said, the excellence didn’t stop there—the entire team operates at an impressively high standard. Housekeeping, concierge, dining staff—everyone delivered with consistency and pride. What stood out most was the sense that the staff weren’t just doing their jobs—they were fully invested in creating a great experience. It felt seamless, thoughtful, and polished at every touchpoint. Hilton Saigon has clearly built a culture of service that’s both refined and genuinely human. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-tier hospitality."
