"The rooms with SIGNATURE LOUNGE was wonderful to pay extra for. The one gripe i did have was that every time i walked in to the lounge area, i was asked if i was on the wrong floor or was after the rooftop bar. I was made to feel that i didn't belong until i told the staff my room number. Staff have to be better trained on how to handle this in a more considerate way. People on holidays can still dress smart casual, it might not be your standard but i have paid extra for the benefits of this lounge and i followed the dress code."

"We had Breakfast included in out stay for each day. each day the menu changes and no day was the same the food was a great way to start the day and plan your day. It was a mix of Westen and Vietmese all very tasty. The coffee was excellent and included. We also recommend afternoon tea. Can't not fault the staff all are friendly and keen to help. Sitting up at the pool in 36'c heat with the bar very close by was a great way to spend the hottest part of the day. Our room was very well maintained and cleaned on a daily basis again the staff were great. "
