We had an awesome room on the 12th floor, fabulous views and a great people/traffic watching posi. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the rooftop pool was perfect. Would highly recommend it as a great, centrally located place to stay in Ho Chi Minh city.

Staff are easily 5* here. Whilst location is a plus there is an abundance of hotels to choose from in the same area and this one felt way overpriced for what it was. Key takeaway is that ‘bargain’ rooms are that for a reason - the position, the view, facilities, noise etc compared to other rooms will be a poor relation. Breakfast was good and plentiful but again, so much choice locally for meals/refreshments etc. Concierge facility is excellent. Higher floor rooms with river views might be worth the price but those on the back ‘city view’ look right into other hotels or fire escapes - like mine did.
