"I spent 4 days in Rome and was really impressed with the location of this Hotel. I was in walkable distance to many of the attractions in Rome. The staff were so friendly and in the evening I was feeling a little hungry and within 10 mins I was eating a tasty carbonara cooked by the friendly staff. "First of all, this is a very quiet hotel in the bustling city of Rome. Even the Taxi cab that drove us there admitted this you get out of the daily hum of the touristy area. "Vespucci Place was an amazing place to stay and the staff were so kind and accommodating. The room was extremely clean and there was an option for breakfast which was really lovely. We would 10000% recommend to other travelers for a comfortable and clean stay. There was also an elevator which was nice for all our stuff!"

"The guest room is in a decent location. My issue is that when I booked the guest room, the listing showed a double bed with a headboard. What I got was actually a sofa bed. "this seems like it was an office building converted into rooms. There is no sound dampening inside or outside of the room, everyone could hear me and I could hear them. The check in process was the most confusing I have ever experienced. It has none of the benefits of a hotel or an Air bnb. "

"This is complicated. We had stayed at Crossroad Hotel before and found it to be excellent. This time, we did not have a great experience.
