"This place is really special. The room design is elegant. The balcony overlooking the Venetian port is unbelievable - so beautiful. The host is super responsive and helpful with getting in and finding excellent places to eat and enjoy in Chania. They’ve thought of so many nice touches to make the stay top notch - coffee maker, chargers for mobile phones, a photo on the balcony for a fridge magnet, and more. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"George was a fantastic host. Attentive to my needs and always available by phone. The room was updated beautifully with a great shower. It was also very clean and comfortable. As far as location the hotel is next to cafes, restaurants, shopping and the harbor and yet very quiet. I would definitely stay again."

"The best thing about this hotel was the staff- very polite, helpful and friendly. I wish this was the standard around the world. A very big thank you to you all for looking after us. We stayed in the new part of the building- which unfortunately is still being built. The food is amazing- Breakfast lunch dinner à la carte- very delicious. Hot tub in some of the rooms/bathroom-did not try. Overall the hotel is in a very good location and deserves the 5*."

"Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. "Beautiful room, large, extremely comfy bed and pillows. Everything was top quality in the room. Beautiful patterned tables. Great waterfall shower. Slippers and dressing gown provided. There was a free large bottle of water in fridge. There's a coffee machine and kettle in room. Tea and coffee sachets provided but no milk. Great air con. Fantastic position on pedestrianised street. Very quiet at night. We ate at Enetikon (2 min walk) for our evening meal and breakfast. Great food,...

"Very central and well located. Staff are veryy nice. Will come here again. The only negative point which didnt get them a 10/10 is the bathroom ventilation. The sound of it even when closing all doors is unbearable. I had to unplug electricity to make it go off. It is so loud that it is impossible to sleep. I advise changing it.
