"This place is really special. The room design is elegant. The balcony overlooking the Venetian port is unbelievable - so beautiful. The host is super responsive and helpful with getting in and finding excellent places to eat and enjoy in Chania. They’ve thought of so many nice touches to make the stay top notch - coffee maker, chargers for mobile phones, a photo on the balcony for a fridge magnet, and more. We would absolutely stay here again. "

The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally. "Property was very nice and new. Although ‘contactless’ the staff was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Would highly recommend this. Breakfast was also very nice. Room was quiet and AC/Heat worked well. "

"Amazing location in old town. Very close to the shops and market but not on the centre of it. Quiet location. The hosts are incredibly accommodating, all questions about restaurants, beaches and transportation were answered straight away, regardless of the time of day or night. Highly recommend staying here. "Very central and well located. Staff are veryy nice. Will come here again. The only negative point which didnt get them a 10/10 is the bathroom ventilation. The sound of it even when closing all doors is unbearable. I had to unplug electricity to make it go off. It is so loud that it is impossible to sleep. I advise changing it. Breakfast was very good ..a tick list with plenty of options and all felt fresh. The staff were excellent .. couldn’t do enough for you and so friendly!
