"Excellent experience overall- comfortable bed, great location on the pier, tons of shopping and food nearby. Only hiccup was we didn't realize that we can't drive up to the hotel to drop off our belongings (you have to park in the public lot or a private lot about 100-300 meters away). It's a short, pleasant walk but the first night when finding our way the GPS kept took us in circles trying to find the hotel so that was a little tiring. "

"Giorgos was a great host and made our stay amazing! He was very responsive and checked in with us via message throughout our stay! The location of the property is in the heart of it all, making walking everywhere so easy! Giorgos provided us with many recommendations for food, villages and beaches and they did not disappoint! "Our experience at Thallos was amazing. Upon arriving Valia offered us cold drinks and a quick presentation of the city with a bunch of helpful suggestions on what to do. She worked really hard and made sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible (f.e. borrowing sun umbrellas for the beach and bringing fresh muffins into our room). The room was as described and was cleaned everyday. Overall would really recommend this place!"

"Love this place. Beautifully decorated and very spacious room. Eventhough we are very close to the old harbour, bars, restaurants, etc, the room was Very quiet. Will definitely stay here again. Only problem is if you rented a car, not easy to find a parking space. This is because the area is very popular venue for dining"

"Beautifully restored 18th century building with a lovely courtyard at the entrance. Our 2 rooms enjoy the seaview. Both are spacious and comfortable with ensuite bathroom. The twin bedded room on the 2nd floor has a separate living and kitchenette but with a small bathroom. Breakfast is served on the rooftop with a great view of the harbour. "Property was clean and accessible to old town Chania. It is a great location and the view of the harbor was wonderful. We were in the "Duke" room which was more spacious than the "Lord" room my son rented. There is no elevator at the property, You must climb stairs and if you rent a car there is no parking associated with the property. Street parking is crowded and limited"
