"The front desk lady was helpful though she dies not speak English. The shuttle was at some issue and late, and they called a taxi timely. The property was quite new and clean, but insulation wasn’t good, and noise was from both inside and outside."

"After a long, long flight from the US, this hotel was wonderful to check in. Very quaint and quiet. We spent 2 days there before beginning a month-long Silk Road Tour. The architecture and furnishings were charming and far from the usual hotel. The breakfast was quite sumptuous and the on-site restaurant was a welcome convenience I'd go back to this hotel in a heartbeat."

"Very modern hotel! Rooms were clean, comfy, and spacious, and staff was polite and helpful. Location is pretty convenient as well, we were able to walk to the bazaar and Arbat street. Easy access to pharmacies and “corner” markets as well! And if you need to take a taxi there’s a dedicated turn off so you don’t have to wait on a curb"
