"Wonderful, clean, very close to the train station so super convenient. The Onsen was amazing and clean."

"Wonderful, great location. Private cold and hot baths!"

"We had 2 rooms for our extended family of 5 adults at the end of September. The rooms at Sunrise Suites are spacious, clean and well appointed. Staff are very helpful and friendly. "Lost items in the room. Can't believe this happen in Japan."

"Good staff "

"Very close to Kyoto station. Loved the entrance. Hotel staff was very accommodating. As with the other hotel we stayed at in Tokyo space is an issue. Traveling with several pieces of luggage it is a real challenge. Add in umbrellas to dry out. We managed but stubbed our toes a few times. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was excellent."

"It’s a good hotel that had a good bang for buck in Kyoto. That being said, the property was not very well maintained (specially the paint was peeling a bit off and the AC was louder than others I’ve seen at other hotels) that being said, the property is being renewed at the moment and I expect it to improve once the renovations are complete."
