Excellent apartment with everything you could need. We were a party of 4 and it was very spacious. 2 big double beds provided. Very quiet with extremely helpful staff. The washing machine and dryer came in super useful for us as well.

Older property - but it was clean, had a kitchen/dining room area. I bedroom with space (outside of bedroom) to lay down bedding on the tatami mats to have people sleep on the floor. Enough room for the 5 of us. Close enough to the Kyoto Train station - and next to Aeon Mall.

It's such a homey holiday apartment, my family of 2 adults and 2 children had a great time staying there. Nicely sized apartment with good air circulation, windows and aircon. Friendly staff, lots of entertainment and amenities, close to shopping mall and Kyoto station. Thank you for making our holiday fantastic, we all want to go back there again soon!

Location is very convenient with Kyoto Station within 5mins walk and AEON mall just next door - travelling around with family is great. This is our second stay at this wonderful establishment. The staff is the best I have come across and the apart hotel room is spacious, clean, and makes my family and I feel like a local. And to top it off, 1 block from Kyoto Station and plenty of food and shopping choices all around. Can’t wait to return to Kyoto and book here again and again.
