Wow! This was an impressive hotel because jt was roomier than we expected. We are a party of 6 and it was comfortable for us. We really liked the set up of the toilet and shower and bedroom. Our two little boys especially enjoyed being able to borrow a Nintendo Switch! THANK YOU for a very memorable stay.

Older property - but it was clean, had a kitchen/dining room area. I bedroom with space (outside of bedroom) to lay down bedding on the tatami mats to have people sleep on the floor. Enough room for the 5 of us. Close enough to the Kyoto Train station - and next to Aeon Mall.

It's such a homey holiday apartment, my family of 2 adults and 2 children had a great time staying there. Nicely sized apartment with good air circulation, windows and aircon. While we stayed only 2 night we wished we had stayed a few days longer. Location is very convenient with Kyoto Station within 5mins walk and AEON mall just next door - travelling around with family is great.
