"We had a fabulous stay at the Garrison. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was a little further up the road than the main hotel. It was very comfortable and a “home from home”. The apartment was very clean and dog friendly. They gave us a welcome pack with Tunnocks tea cakes, coffee pods and milk which was a lovely touch! The location was perfect in the centre of Fort William. Highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Well presented accommodation within 5 minute walk of town centre. Despite the hotel being busy, it was very peaceful. Breakfast was very busy, with so many residents arriving at the same time (09:00), but staff coped very well and the buffet trays were kept filled. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely use this hotel again. One improvement would be the addition of a bar. It currently has a licensed restaurant."

"The hotel itself could do with a bit of an upgrade, but the staff and service couldn't have been any better, it was excellent.Thw breakfast was delicious, and plenty to choose from.We would definitely book again, and recommend,to family and friends."

"Good area not far from town centre, train station and west Highland way. Hotel was nice, clean and had a good restaurant. Water pressure let it down as the water would have been cold by the time the water level was sufficient. Squeaky floorboards. Any movement in corridors or adjacent rooms was very noticeable. "

"Stayed here for the Saturday night with the mrs. Rooms were very nice and bed and furniture were comfortable. Very nice location! Pool and spa was excellent for being in an hotel! Only downside was having to pay for a hot breakfast when the room we bought came with breakfast included, so that spoiled things a little. Cooked breakfast should be included when it says breakfast included so a bit false advertising for me."

"Lucy was working the desk and later their bar in the “parlor”. She was extremely knowledgeable about Scottish whisky. Really enjoyed our stay here. Super clean with a beautiful view. Huge comfortable room. Many restaurants within driving distance "

"Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Our room was lovely with a great view of the river and the mountains. We had dinner at the property. Tasted good. Nice that they packed us a lunch instead of taking our breakfast that was included because we were leaving early. That was an unexpected nice touch."

"Lovely comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was great and the staff were all really friendly, informative and welcoming. Feel it is a little overpriced but Pitlochry itself is pretty pricey. It is a steep walk back up the hill from Pitlochry if you have walking difficulties. We would probably stay again though. "

"This Hotel is in a stunning location, the food they serve is excellent and whoever trains their staff should get an award. Nothing is too much trouble and they are all happy and helpful - from the welcoming drink to check out it was excellent"

"The Inn was a lovely place to stay as we toured through central Scotland. We were met by Anel who was friendly and exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Our room was quiet, cozy while spacious and comfortable. A hike up to the top floor was more than worth it! "

"Delightful country inn with a smokehouse where you can lunch on locally produced food. Evening meal at the Inn was also very good. The best thing however is the proximity to the Falls of Dochart. Highly recommend. "
