"The hotel itself as well as the entire property is beautiful and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean, food was good. Prices were exorbitant for literally everything. Most are across Scotland and the UK. The real issue we encountered, was certain staff were distasteful and had an obvious distain for foreigners. "Great place to stay. We stayed in a Mongolian yurt, which was a unique experience, like glamping. The owners are wonderful people who prepared a 5-star breakfast for our family and complemented it with friendly conversation. Overall, it's a great place for people who want to escape soulless hotel chains and create sweet memories."

"The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were well maintained, although they felt slightly dated in terms of decor. One improvement I would strongly suggest is installing soft-close door mechanisms, as the doors tend to slam loudly. Unfortunately, one guest on my floor repeatedly let their door slam early in the morning (between 6 and 8 am), which was quite disruptive."

"The only thing that was wrong was the coffee machine in the room. There were only 4 pods and two of them didn’t work. The staff, accommodation and amenities were on the ball. The location is also lovely right on the banks of the Tay."
