Nice room and spa facilities although quite small so would not be ideal if busier. The easy walk into Pitlochry was very convenient. I would rate this hotel 5* as a lot of the little touches I would expect were missing. The service was lacking vs other 5* hotels.

BEST CASTLE EVER

We had the absolute best time staying in a CASTLE. It was a beautiful location with truly the BEST staff. They were so helpful and so nice. We would recommend this to anyone that was looking for a special stay.

Beautiful hotel - staff extremely helpful and efficient. Well appointed rooms - lovely decor and furnishings, bathrooms had plentiful toiletries and amenity kits. Cleanliness throughout. Food was fantastic in both restaurants - especially enjoyed the dinner at Sandemans. Big thank you to Daniel and his colleagues for making it a lovely experience - and huge congratulations to Chef and his team for the fabulous menu. The food was outstanding! Enjoyed using the pool and sauna facilities - spa staff were very friendly and helpful too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to experience great food and Scottish hospitality! Hoping to make a return visit for sure. Thank you so much!

Had an amazing night's stay with dinner and breakfast. The staff were excellent, from reception to restaurant, bar and concierge. We used the pool and jacuzzi which was really relaxing and a big draw for us using the hotel. Would highly recommend.

Phonab Castle setting is spectacular. The staff made us feel very welcome and were professional. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and the breakfast was perfect. I would definitely stay again.

Stunning Hotel in a stunning area with beautiful views over the loch. Very nice restaurants, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Rooms very clean and well appointed. Would have liked a bigger bath would be the only comment I would make but that's being very picky. Not the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for.
