"We had an amazing stay at Centara Karon Resort! The staff were absolutely fantastic, so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Throughout our trip, our daughter unfortunately became unwell, and the staff went above and beyond to help us in every possible way. "The hotel was very clean, rooms cleaned daily. We stayed on the 5th floor with a beautiful sea view. We Asked for fresh pool towels and they were brought to the room within 10 minutes fresh and warm from the dryer ! Staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool bartender 'Bank' was an amazing friendly , hard working young man whom made everyone feel special. we had a great time at happy hour!! The bigger pool is open till 10pm, it is so warm and exceptionally clean. We had a great stay. 10/10"
