"I loved the room and the staff, in particular, Juan Carlos. The room had an espresso machine, mini refrigerator and an induction cooktop. Plus dishes and silverware if needed. The room was like new and very clean, the staff was attentive and location was great for me. I would stay there again for sure."

They have their own covered parking if you rent a car, rooms are clean and towels replaced every 2 days and sheets replaced every 5 days, and daily cleaned in kitchen, bathroom, and bed was made. All staff is Spanish speaking only and they are very customer service oriented and very nice. The hotel backs up to a very busy highway and a lot of traffic noise 24 hours a day. "Pros: locked door & a private bedroom, basic amenities like shower & wifi, safe & quiet neighborhood. Cons: walls were so thin that not only could I hear every word of my neighbor's phone call, I could hear every word *coming through the receiver on his phone*. Showers smelled strongly of mildew. Room was smaller than the pictures showed (no desk, essentially only space for a bed). You get what you pay for! Living cheaply in Polanco is kind of an oxymoron. Glad to be somewhere else now."

"Thtoilet was broken they did not fix it until the next day, no iron in the room, The bed was hard, they gave us two pillows, we had to argue withem about getting two more pillows, room service brought us cold breakfast, no microwave in the room. Security told my family member to move the car when it was noticeable that we were having a family conversation. Very rude secuirty. I wil not go back to this hotel"
