"We had a lovely stay at the Isabella by Viadora. We rented the "Exclusive Apartment" (3 bedroom, 3 bath) for two weeks over the summer and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was even better than advertised (which almost never happens!) and we were so happy with our decision to rent there. We've stayed in Polanco previously at a major hotel, and it was so nice to have a boutique experience with all of the major amenities of a hotel.

"This gem is unassumingly tucked away in a corner of the city’s highest-end neighbourhood, merely steps to world class boutiques, artisan shops and a plethora of dining options. The property was very private and we felt by times like we had the whole space to ourselves.
