"I recently stayed at this hotel with my friend and had a wonderful experience. All of the staff were incredibly warm, patient, and welcoming throughout our stay. I tried my best to communicate in English and basic Spanish, and the front desk staff always took the time to patiently answer my questions and help me.
Also, the location is also very convenient, close to public transportation, restaurants, and many attractions around Mexico City. I would definitely love to stay here again the next...

"Las habitaciones no tienen televisión, wifi, secadora de cabello ni aire acondicionado, cuentan con lo muy basico. El baño es bastante sencillo, y solo te ponen dos toallas , no dan toalla de manos, tuvimos un problema porque la habitación no tenia agua caliente y tardaron 2 horas para darnos otro cuarto.
Es un edificio viejo que estan apenas acondicionando por lo que muchas zonas aun no están disponibles, el elevador es muy viejo y rechina mucho-
La zona donde se ubica no es muy segura y hay...

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Alejandro & Ramón, who went above and beyond with my luggage and made check-in seamless. Inside, everything was spotless, modern, and brand new.
