Everything was great. We enjoyed daily housekeeping and great service. The apartment was stylish and had everything we needed. The only issue was the bathrooms shower walls and floores were stained and specially in the edges of the walls there were resedues that looked like mold. If you could clean those up then it will be perfect.

Espectacular! Super well located, amazing building, everything is just fantastically done, all people super nice. Rooms are incredible, common area too. I’ll stay at Ana Polanco every time I visit CDMX.

It’s a great place to stay. Everything is close by and it’s situated in a nice neighborhood. Everything can be reached walking. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Bathroom is has a great shower. I didn’t have air conditioning. Not sure if other rooms have. At night it can be a little hot in the room if you don’t want to open the door to the balcony.

I had a great experience at this well-managed aparthotel. Initially, I booked for 2 nights but ended up extending my stay to 5. The front desk staff Diego, along with a lady whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, left a lasting impression with their genuine and professional service. The room was immaculate — everything was spotless. The location is also a highlight, with easy access to fine dining options and pleasant, walkable neighborhoods. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area. If I return to Mexico City, I’ll definitely choose to stay here again.
