"It was good. Check-in is a little weird. Staff was a little obnoxious, probably due to La Gaige barrier but could make it work. While most of the hostal was clean, Stairs were always dirty. Lots of Lint. And second night was a little hard to sleep on because neighbors were very noisy. Whenever they closed the door it would make a big bang and they spoke loud. Not really hotels fault but it is good to share this. Food around was great. Yeah, there are a lot of drunk guys but they are minding...

"1) Fridge was not cold at all 2) Public bath was out of service and it doesn't seem that the hotel owner planned to renovate anytime soon 3) There was only one room key 4) The drying machine was not cleaned/maintained properly by the staff, so our clothes were still wet after an hour's drying. We paid about 40,000 yen per night for this terrible service and facility, and I'm wondering why the hotel has the audacity to claim itself a 3-star? "

"Room was a bit larger for Japanese standard but no fridge. Shower was amazing! Check in was automated which was neat. 7-11 in the building for ease. Bus stop and train very close. Commons room very neat with kitchen and games and had outdoor patio that was amazing. Breakfast breads were tasty. Decor was cute as well. "

"Was apprehensive about staying in a capsule hotel, The Millennial changed this. I loved the ipod managed units especially the bed to sofa function, projector and the individual fans. Guests were very respectful and quiet at night so slept well. From checking in to out, staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. Free tea and coffee, beer and snacks in the evening, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful communal areas, books and other thoughtful little details all contributed to a wonderful stay...

It’s close to the local monorail station, but if you’re looking for the JR, it’s like a 10 minute walk. bought the room wi th the shared bathroom, but had some issues because I had tattoos. They were flexible enough to open the shared baths to tattooed guest during busy seasons, but you’re only allowed to shower between 11-3am which was a pain, but just something to be mindful of. The location was great right in a busy area of Osaka with lots going on. Highly recommend trying out this capsule hotel - it’s an experience! "
