Room was smaller than other places we stayed at in Japan. Clean, friendly staff, and had all the amenities needed. Nothing too fancy about this place so would rate it as average. The staff were fantastic as they helped me retrieve my lost necklace after I checked out and shipped it to me at my new hotel in Kyoto.

Great property to stay at. Rice and toppings provided for breakfast. Rooms with bunks are nice, each bunk has outlets next to bed. Air conditioned and clean. Close walking distance to shopping areas and train station.

Excellent stay. Very comfortable. Room is small but efficient. They forgot to give us breakfast coupons, so there was a little confusion the next morning, but it was resolved quickly.

The property is conveniently located not too far from a shotengai with many shopping and dining options. Also a 40 minute walk to Dotonbori or take a taxi for about 600jpy. The majority of staff is friendly. If only each room had its own microwave, it would be perfect.

Hotel Sanrriott SHINSAIBASHI ranked high on my list for being the smallest twin beds room i had stayed in Japan. So small that we need to open our 28inch luggage on our bed. HOWEVER, will still book it if it offer cheapest rate for twin beds room in this zone. Why its given 4 stars? At most 3 stars for being still new. Breakfast very simple, only Jap pickles w rice, Coffee & Orange juice. Pro is able to store out luggage after checkout. No own carpark, but able to find 1 around the hotel, a few buildings away.

I asked for 2 single beds, for my son and I, i wasnt told they would be bunk beds. It was only 1 night so it was fine. Very small room and bathroom compared to other places in japan we'd stayed in. Could not even open the suitcase, thats how small the area was, had to use the bed. The bathroom, as lovely as it was, again, im a short person, and my knees touched the wall when i sat on the toilet. As i said, it was 1 night so we made do. Close to train station and dotonbori for shopping. The hotel has a big reception area with tables to be able to eat, charge your phone and hangout with board games etc so that was a nice touch and the staff very lovely. A room to leave your suitcase after checkout as well, as we had a few ours to kill before heading to the airport.

Lovely new hotel. Location convenient to Dotonbori, just a 10-15 minute easy walk. turn right out of hotel, then right again and straight - you will pass some cool restaurants. 7-11 and Lawson nearby. Room was a little smaller than expected and was quite swishy for 2 people ( twin room). If you are larger than the average size person don’t stay here. The bathroom was very very small, but the shower was great. The beds were a little hard and had only a small pillow. The air conditioning was super cool. It was clean and perfect for just a couple of nights. If you have big luggage you will struggle to fit it in the room. Overall a nice stay, clean and convenient to public transport especially Osaka castle (2 stops away on the Chuco line) and Umeda 10 mins away. There’s shops which are undercover between Hommici and the hotel which you can grab anything, also some cool restaurants. Good stay but room a little small, we had a chuckle and it makes memories !!,,
