Our family of four stayed here from Tuesday to Friday and had an amazing experience. Everything went incredibly smoothly from check-in to check-out. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the location is perfect with tons of nearby stores and conveniences. We would definitely stay here again! Also buffet breakfast, definitely worth it.

Great location. Very clean with good amenities. There is a fitness centre on site and a kitchen with coffee and cooking facilities. My only issue would be that the bed was extremely firm and they don’t have mattress toppers. Otherwise great stay!

Great hotel stay in Namba. Rooms were clean and space wise was perfect for a couple to stay. They have accommodation for 4+ families too, which was a plus. Since you’re in Japan, walking is expected. Many shopping, games and restaurants were in a walking distance, but of course for those who don’t prefer to walk 10+mins, taxi is an option. Overall great stay!

Fanatic interior - spacious apartment style rooms, with mini kitchens. Loved the lounge area for guests with coffee and water machines a really nice touch. The breakfast was EXCELLENT. Rooms were very clean and the largest and most updated/fresh of all the places I stayed in Japan. I did not love the area around the property (very busy, commercial), but it’s very convenient and seemed safe.
