Great Hotel! We would highly recommend and would stay here again. The location is close to Namba station (about a 7-8 minute walk) and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Also walking distance to many places you would want to see in Osaka.

Staff members were helpful, held our bags when we arrived early and the next day when we checked out early for a tour. They called a cab for us to take to the airport and then a staff member escorted us to the cab. Big breakfast with a lot to choose from. We were very impressed by this hotel from the moment we arrived. The area was so clean, the entrance beautiful with Christmas lights. The staff were very friendly and the hotel lobby had many complimentary amenities, including Starbucks coffee which made mornings super easy. The room was so big and nice. The bathroom was huge and very luxurious to have a bath. We loved our stay, it was very close to the station and surrounding shops and Dotonbori. We will definitely be back.

The amenities were amazing. Get the superior room. The lounge is a big plus so worth it. It was so close to everything and the staff went above and beyond for us. This hotel made our stay in osaka unforgettable.
