"Initial check in was horrible. Only one of my 2 rooms were showing up even though I received confirmation from property for both rooms and my message to keep rooms together was acknowledged. After showing plenty of documentation they told me it was between me and Expedia and didn’t offer any help whatsoever. "Resort was incredibly clean and beautiful. There was a ton to do so no need to schedule excursions. We saw/swam with sea turtles, octopus, stingray’s and many different fish right off beach. There is property is massive and the food is incredible at all buffets and restaurants. I promise you will not be disappointed."

"We stayed on the main floor and it feels like it’s our own house on the beach. Luckily no one was around so it feels very nice and private. The 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms were wonderful for layout and the common rooms of kitchen/living room and dining room were great for all of us to spend time together. The beach view was wonderful but the sargassum just ruined the experience as we couldn’t use the beach at all as there was so much weeds on shore and in water despite the staff hauling...

"The staff and restaurant were great. The hotel was clean, rustic and a dive resort. Great amenities for that. My only complaint is one of the main roads is right next to the resort. I mean right there. The road noise was at times very very loud. Not sure who drives the unmuffled motorcycle at 3 am most morning but ugh! The sunset views from our patio were awesome. Best part…no cruise piers in your line of sight. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"What is a decent place. Had a partial ocean view not a full on ocean view. We had a huge part of the hotel to our left. Which blocked a lot of the view. We were right off the street so it was pretty busy and loud. Very convenient to city life and walking at night. Very safe. Nice restaurants around. "Clean and well-maintained hotel in a perfect location in Cozumel. I liked the rooftop pool/lounge, which has a great view of the city, the ocean, and the sunset. The staff were also friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and I will recommend it to family and friends."

"This is an incredibly beautiful hotel in the heart of Cozumel. The owner has literally thought of everything when designing it. The rooms are spacious and are decorated as an upscale hotel. The rooms are well thought out and have a beautifully tiled walk in rain shower for the ultimate in relaxation. The roof has an infinity pool overlooking the water.
