"The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making it the best customer experience I’ve ever had. The food was delicious, and the choices were vast. The beach was immaculately clean, and the water was pristine and beautiful."

"We enjoyed our stay 4/5. There were some amenities and services that were advertised that we would have during our stay that we did not receive but overall it was an enjoyable stay. While we did go during low occupancy there were a few dining options but it left us slightly desiring more. while there was ample options in terms of food choice, authentic latin food was not among them. I felt like whole burgers, pizza and pasta are nice I expected to enjoy REAL authentic latin food I would not get back home in the US. We had a concierge who was very nice but once we turned down the presentation option to "buy in" we didn't hear from them. We did not have a butler, aroma therapy for our room nor the pillow menu upon arrival. Trivial things that were not a deal breaker but a little disappointing . All in all a good stay but I can't say it would be our first choice in and all-inclusive resort vacation."
