"And older property that is tired. However, the room was very quiet despite being next to a door and lift. With the window open 6" it was warm and comfortable. Lots of hot water and a very handy but limited (paid) car parking.
AND the view over Windermere was FAB!!!!!
However, BE CAREFUL when entering and exiting the car parking to the main road - blind corner."
"View from room was beautiful. Room condition was acceptable. Breakfast was basic buffet with cold cuts,cereal ,fruits , simple pastry ,coffee from automatic coffee machine. No hot food included in booking such as eggs or full English breakfast ,You have to pay more for that. "
"Best spa i have ever been to. Been to alot of spa's up the north of england but this one blows them all away, low wood offers a budget and more exclusive packages that suit your needs. All areas were clean to a high standard and the on site resturant and bar are a bonus. Breakfast was more than what most places offer. "

"Excellent location, easy to park. Our room (number 1) was large, with huge ensuite and access to a private patio area. I would highly recommend the Hideaway. Breakfast was fantastic and the daily cake was lovely."
