Incredible stay, hotel was modern and had great facilities. Aircon was ice cold which was a pleasure during the heatwave. Bar staff extremely friendly and easy to talk too.
Myerlf and my Fiance stay in Newcastle quite a lot, picked the hotel for its City centre location, and it's distance from nearest Parking location.
We ended up extending our stay for an extra night at a very reasonable rate.
Would definitely stay here again and recomend the hotel to others also.
Hotel was in perfect location for everything, shopping, restaurants and St James Park for Sam Fender concert. Even though it was right in the centre it was really quiet at night. Check in was super easy and all staff were friendly and helpfully. Will definitely be back again.
The property was great and the staff were lovely. David and Amelia served us in the dining room and they were both excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay.
