"The staff were fantastic and despite being warned about building work we needn’t have worried. The food was good both for dinner and breakfast. The spa was especially nice. We were warned it would get busy by the very helpful member of staff but even when busy it was ok. We had a really lovely little break with great views of the lake. All in all worth every penny. Thank you for a wonderful time."

"Went on a freinds trip and we absolutely loved it! Got so much more than we expected for the affordable price. Great location, private parking for 2 cars (although very tight and got blocked in a couple times), and generous space. Kitchen was very well equipped."

Mould can cause serious risk to health when inhaled and given we had people with asthma in our group its a blessing it didnt cause and harm at this time. The female bathroom was infested in flies. All over the toilet paper and trapped between the sheets of the toilet paper, nevermind the amount in the sink and the...

"Property had reasonable price. However guest at least expecting property to be clean. There was too many spider everywhere in the property. Clear haven’t clean it properly I had to spent an hour to clean which something you do not expect in your holiday. Location was perfect. Easy parking , Just 7 min drive from Windermere. There is local shop around so easy to get stuff."
