"It's actually a nice new property, but we had a lot of problems with our stay. Our closet and bath door was hard to slide, fell of the tracks once, and was a terrible design, such that I couldn't access the closet without blocking my wife from the bathroom, or vice versa. Our power went out. The wine glasses at our mini bar were noticeably dirty and stained. Construction outside our entrance blocked our path. We ran out of tissues twice, as the supply was not restocked on cleaning. The resort tried to DOUBLE charge us, even though we had paid in full upon booking. The resort also tried to hit us with a surprise resort fee that was never disclosed upon booking. And perhaps worst of all, the food and beverage prices are excessive and that of a 5 star western hotel (which this is not), and not in line with prices of food and beverage around the Phuket area."
