"Det tog oss timmar innan någon av de taxis i Phuket kunde hitta till hotellet, ingen kände igen adressen och telefonnumret vi fått av hotellet var fel och de funka inte med gps. Hotellet låg på en liten bakgata och när vi kom dit ca 19.30 va de ingen som kom och öppna till oss utan vi fick stå ute och vänta med våra väskor i en mörk gränd, de kunde knappt engelska och förstod inte att vårt rum redan va betalt och när vi frågade om saker som tex wi-fi fick vi inga svar eller fel svar. "Excellent location. Easy short walk to shopping centre , night life, beach. No taxi required at all for our stay in patong. Daily shuttle bus to shopping centre at 12:15pm which was convenient if you don’t want to walk. Staff all were lovely. The restaurant across the road was delicious and affordable . Are there many times. Buffet breakfast also great."
