I expected the worst from reading other reviews but it was better than I thought. The room was spacious, bed was comfy and clean, no chemical or smoke smell, bathroom was clean and so were the linens and towels. The tables, counters and dressers were not dusty. The floor could use a little bit of work and the pull out couch had tons of stains. I suggest going for a wipeable couch lol. Blown away about how huge that tub was in the room. "The staff was helpful and prompt when we needed things. It is an older hotel but the staff seems to take good care of it and want to be friendly and attentive. There is restaurants within walking distance and things to do nearby. Near the south and north entrance to I-5 which made it a quick trip to Disneyland. There was a security guard that walked the property which made it feel safe. Worth the money. "

"Ok this was really great. They where nice and friendly, the only thing i would say....I pay online for a pizza and when I went to pick it up it never showed up, so the counter girl had me do the transaction just so when it went through the previous once appears, upont alking to the manager he said that he didnt found anything to keep an eye for my bank account. And when I went again they couldnt "found the transaction " so in essence i payed 65 dollars for 1 pizza and 2 drinks.
