"Staff was helpful, there weren't enough towels in the room for 6 people and when asked for more they sent small pool towels up instead. Towles were clean nut had hairs and the bathroom walls had hairs stuck to them behind the door so it could have been a little cleaner. "

"We stayed here numerous times when it was called the Cambria and we were all excited for the same experience. I reserved this hotel 3 months in advance and less than a week before we were supposed to go on vacation we were told all of the water activities would be closed for construction. There’s no way the hotel didn’t know about this when I made the reservation. Instead of letting me know when I booked it they waited until all of the other hotels for my party size were booked or out of my price range. My kids were disappointed about not going to the pool and the adults were upset about not being able to use the hot tub. Also, the breakfast has gone down hill. Nothing had flavor. There wasn’t as many options."
